Below is list of items and questions that are required to complete an estimate. It will also give you a feel for the items we will need to set up and manufacture your apparel at OPM. Please feel free to contact us to discuss additional options.

Elements Required for Estimate:


  1. A complete and finalized Tech Pack (TP) for each product.  An example of a TP can be downloaded here.
  2. Product images should accompany the TP for clarity of product construction if no product sample is available.
  3. One Product Sample correctly constructed is requested for best estimate costing.


Elements Required to Launch Your Product:


   1.  Digital patterns (Gerber / Accumark compatible, 8.5 or higher, use AAMA / ASTM formatting,

        .dxf files with .rul matching files.

   2.  "Cutter's Must" if not using Accumark to ensure pattern / part cutting accuracy

   3.  Tech Pack

   4.  Order of sewing operations (if available)

   5.  Sales projections and seasonality fluctuations

   6.  Production plan and projected schedule

   7.  Raw materials supplied (BOM)
